Saturday, October 17, 2015, 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. is a YARD SALE at 84 Helen Highway, in the Green Oaks Dental parking lot (across from Ingles) in Cleveland, Georgia. We have some AWESOME items for sale, including home décor, antiques, electronics, lots of good looking, high quality clothes for all ages, bikes, and much, much more! The sale is hosted by White County SORBA. All funds raised are being put right into the Yonah Preserve Trails “trail fund.” The trails will be multi-use trails and will be available for use for so many different people and activities, including White County High School’s Mountain Bike Club, as well as other sports like cross-country. Kathy Wood and Woody’s Mountain Bikes will be on hand at an information booth Saturday to fill you in on what’s happening with Yonah Preserve Trails and answer any questions you might have, or to help you become involved. We are soooo excited to meet more people in the community, raise some dollars (a whole lot of them!!), and get people involved with our new, beautiful local trail system. So if you’re a mountain biker, hiker, outdoor enthusiast, family in search of some fun outdoor recreation, or just a nature-lovin’, tree-huggin’ soul, then come meet some of the folks behind the Yonah Preserve Trails this Saturday. And if you don’t see anything in the yard sale you’d like to buy, that’s okay. We accept donations, too! All donations are tax-deductible.
